Seacoast Law & Title's in-house title company, Seacoast Title was formed in 2005 as a way for Seacoast Law & Title to adequately address its real estate clients’ growing need for competent, quality, and comprehensive title and settlement services.

Seacoast Title Company has continued to expand its title, escrow, and settlement services throughout Southern and Central Maine, serving individual clients as well as local and national Lenders. 

Maine law does not require that title companies be operated by attorneys. Seacoast Title Company remains one of the premier title companies owned, managed and overseen by an attorney. This extra layer of legal oversight results in a standard of professionalism and accuracy that many title companies do not possess.
